Learn More About Fieldwork Supervision with Casey
Ethical, structured BCBA fieldwork supervision designed to support skill development, accountability, and transition into independent practice.
I provide supervision that goes beyond hour tracking—focusing on clinical reasoning, ethical decision-making, and real-world BCBA responsibilities.
My fieldwork supervision program is aligned with BACB requirements and structured to help supervisees build competence, not just accumulate hours.
Supervisees engage in:
Assessment and data analysis
Program design, revision, and monitoring
Staff and caregiver training
Ethical decision-making and case conceptualization
Supervision preparation and professional communication
All activities are reviewed and approved to ensure they qualify as valid fieldwork experiences FieldworkSupervisionContract.
Supervision includes a combination of:
Individual supervision
Group supervision
Direct client-overlap observation
All meetings are scheduled in advance and conducted in a clinical, instructional format. Supervision time is protected, intentional, and documented.
Supervisees are expected to submit weekly logs, written reflections, and curriculum assignments to support learning and accountability.
Focus:
Ethics and professionalism
Data collection, graphing, and analysis
Guided program writing
Completion of supervision curriculum
Accrual and verification of fieldwork hours
This phase prioritizes learning and guided practice, not independent case oversight
